Clawdot is a platform for private chat assistants. Its SBot assistant brings conversation, travel planning and shared information into the chats where people already coordinate.
Meet SBot
SBot can read uploaded CSV files and Google Docs or Sheets linked in a connected chat. It can help turn the information into a trip itinerary or a shared expense export.
A trip can use one spreadsheet with separate tabs for days or cities, based on the people’s request. File creation and appended updates require confirmation in chat.
How Google connects
A bot administrator connects a Google account through the Clawdot consent screen. SBot uses that account to read requested links and create or append to Docs and Sheets. Google access is shared through the bot’s allowed chats; it is not a separate Google login for each chat member.
Created files stay in the connected owner’s Google Drive. The owner controls their sharing in Google. Google integration is enabled by default in configured chats and can be switched off per chat.
Understand your data
Relevant chat messages and requested file content may be sent to the configured AI provider to answer a request. Read the privacy policy for details about Google permissions, stored records, retention and deletion.
